About the Project
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our partnership network in the logistics domain. This role will focus on nurturing trust-based relationships with current partners, developing new partnerships, and supporting our business development efforts. Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key partners, including local representatives, marketplaces, tech communities, and technology partners.
- Develop and lead existing partner relationships through email marketing, weekly meetings, and regular check-ins.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential partners.
- Organize meetings, provide support during the sales process, and handle partner requests.
- Set up new partnerships by conducting introduction meetings and managing program requirements.
- Sign partnership agreements and handle contract negotiations with support from the Legal Team.
- Nurture long-term partner relationships and foster trust-based collaboration.
- Represent the company to partners and advocate partner interests within the company.
- Ensure successful integration and launch of new partnerships and evolve them into revenue-generating collaborations.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to support activities that generate revenue opportunities.
- Conduct strategic presentations and system demos to recruit and onboard new partners.
- Drive partner referrals and convert leads from the partnership network into new clients.
- Assist in developing partner programs to expand the network in the logistics domain.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential partners within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Prepare materials for partner discussions, presentations, and industry analysis (pricing and commercial terms).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a tech company.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong communication skills for discussing terms with potential and existing partners.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with IT outsourcing and understanding of logistics is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with networking aptitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a client-focused, service-oriented mentality.
- Creative thinker with promotion and partnership development experience.
- Proven experience in managing contracts and partner programs.
