About the Project
You can resolve conflicts and build thriving teams, making every interaction meaningful. You see talent management as a way to drive success for both people and the business. You strive to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. You combine empathy with a deep understanding of business processes.
If this sounds like you - you probably have HR in your DNA. And? And it is exactly who we are looking for.
Why Are You Going to Love Working Here?
We wanted to create a different kind of community. At ElifTech, there’s no “suits vs. everyone else” vibe. All our staff, from trainees to seniors, can chat up top management like old pals and throw down at parties right alongside the C-suite.
No hierarchy, just humans.

Ideal Candidate
Ideal Job Profile:
- 1+ years of experience in IT outsourcing or product company in the same position experience with the full circle of HR processes (without recruiting)
- good understanding of HR's role and functions in an IT company
- proficiency in the development and implementation of HR processes
- understanding business processes and needs
- English level — Upper-intermediate or higher
- HR specialized education will be a plus
Personal Qualities:
- Clarity Captain. Miscommunications may happen, but it’s how you handle them that matters—and you’re a pro at resolving and preventing them. By diving into every nitty-gritty detail, you ensure clarity in every discussion and deliver info without ambiguity. "Two Zero Two Four" memes? Definitely not your thing!
- Self-management. Work-life balance isn’t something you demand from a company or manager—it’s one of your core life principles because you know how to establish it on your own.
- Ninja at organization. When people call you the 'King/Queen of parties,' it’s not just because of your talent for dancing on tables, but also because of the exceptional level of organization you bring to every event.( you still can be both but shhh….)
- Attention to detail. Organizing a high-quality team-building event is a breeze for you because you know exactly who’s allergic to peanuts, who’s vegan or vegetarian (and the difference between the two), and how much food to order—even accounting for the teammate who likely won’t show up because their hamster’s been unwell (even if they haven’t told you yet).
- Focused on the result. You always go the extra mile—not because you have to, but because you love seeing things done beautifully and effectively. You know the difference between simply completing a task and truly solving a business problem (and it’s the latter that really fires you up).
- Empathy. Having the ability to create a friendly atmosphere and positive vibes with colleagues. You have to catch the wave with a person whether it is talking about their dog's newborn or an upcoming bachelor party on a weekend. Small talk is gold :)
- High EQ (emotional intelligence). You’re better at reading between the lines than just sticking to the “main text.” You grasp cause-and-effect relationships, understand why people react the way they do, and are always ready to empathize and offer support.
- Diplomatic skills. Conflict isn’t something you fear—it’s a challenge where you shine as a mediator, ready to resolve anything. You dig deep to understand the core of the matter, know how to deliver even negative news gracefully, confidently voice unpopular opinions, and effortlessly run any meeting.
- Sense of humor. We are looking for a middle level of HR with a senior level of humor as it helps us to deal with difficult tasks and improve communication
- Sincerity/Honesty/No toxicity: now we have a female team that breaks stereotypes—it’s not a "snake pit." We value sincerity and honesty in our HR department. If you have similar vibes - you are more than welcome!
