    What we're looking for in our Head of Sales Department: At this very moment, the Company has grown to a point where we want to boost further expansion. A proactive and strategic professional with solid practice in sales would be perfect for this role. We need a Head of Sales who takes on our established process and scales it, bringing the Company to a new level of our ICP vision (from small to big fish projects), sales volume, etc.

  • Responsibilities

    Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Set clear objectives and provide guidance to the team. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.

    Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies in line with company objectives. Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform strategy.

    Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes and workflows. Ensure efficient lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to make sure sales strategies align with overall company goals. Find ways to make processes more efficient. Create a positive and collaborative atmosphere/vibe across all departments to help everyone succeed together.

  • Ideal Candidate

    Proven Experience as Head of Sales/Team Lead: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a BDM. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.

    Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry, including trends, technologies, and competitors. Proven track record of successfully selling IT outsourcing services.

    Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Experience in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.

    Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English. Effective presentation and negotiation abilities.

    Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-first mindset, with a commitment to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

    Results-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Track record of consistently meeting or surpassing revenue goals.

    Tech-Savvy: Demonstrating a deep expertise in IT outsourcing services utilizing and adapting to cutting-edge technologies to enhance workflows and achieve strategic goals. Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
