• Responsibilities

    • build strong long-term relationships with existing customers/partners;
    • maintain relationships with customers and partners to meet all the business needs;
    • provide timely, professional support via online conference calls, email, or other channels;
    • provide regular updates, daily plans, and requested reports to the CEO;
    • manage and keep track of all the legal, financial, and other agreements with ElifTech’s clients;
    • upsell new services to the existing ElifTech clients and cross-sell complementary services;
    • develop and execute account management strategies for ElifTech’s accounts;
    • provide support in identifying and implementing account management practices.
  • Ideal Candidate’s

    • 2 years of experience in IT outsourcing. Your expertise can embrace different positions in IT outsourcing (AM, PM, BDM, QA, Developer, BA, PO). This experience will help you to understand either our business and our client’s much better, and find a common language with both: your client and your future team.
    • English: Upper-Intermediate (both spoken and written): You need to understand English-speaking clients from Europe and USA;
    • Solution provider mindset: our clients are not always right, but it is a good chance for us to show them we will help them and their business to grow with our expertise, custom approach, and proactivity; We care about our client’s product as it is our own and we are interested in finding what will work specifically for our client’s product;
    • Empathic. Having the ability to create a friendly atmosphere / positive vibes with a customer. You have to catch the wave with a person whether it is talking about their dog's newborn or an upcoming bachelor party on a weekend. Small talk is gold :)
    • Multitasking: being able to dive deep into a client's business, and website development and manage several projects at the same time;
    • Problem-solving skill: we face with different hard issues and KNOW HOW to find the way out of the most unexpected situations. If you have the same background - it is definitely a match.
    • Out-of-the-box thinking: you have to be able to see opportunities with clients where others wouldn't see them, make unobvious decisions, and be a ninja at troubleshooting
    • Stress Resilience: you are not afraid to face challenges even if it is a client's bad mood. Shit happens, but our team stays calm and professional;
    • Employee-centricity: for sure, our clients are important and they help our business to grow, but our employees are like lungs without which the company can't breathe.
    • Positive references from previous employees.
    • High level toxicity: this is how our team stands working together in long-term cooperation
    • Sense of humor: we are looking for a middle level of account manager with a senior level of humor as it helps us to deal with difficult tasks and improve communication
